世界無核化？
北韓要發射導彈，令全世界為之側目，奧巴馬高呼世界無核化，但美國是當今世上擁有核武最多，並且曾使用核武的國家，核武也是美國維持其霸權最重要的武器。因此，奧巴馬很快便轉口風，在其他國家願意放下核武之前，美國不會先放棄核武。
這不期然讓我們聯想到童年時代經常目睹的情況。
兩個小孩子在鬥嘴，繼而打架，跟着各自拿出武器對峙，個子較高較年長的一位認為他已掌握優勢，恫嚇個子小年紀又小的另一位就範，但後者卻指他受到前者的威脅，放下武器必死無疑。此際，前者又指後者鬼計多端，他若先放下武器便不可再制衡恃小行兇的小壞蛋。如是者，兩個就這樣無了期的對峙下去。日出日落，花開花謝，只教在旁的人一直神經繃緊。
其實，奧巴馬的呼籲沒有新意，過去哪個美國總統沒有呼籲無核化？特別是伊朗和北韓有甚麼風吹草動，美國便會大聲疾呼，一再重申「邪惡軸心」核武競逐危險。
這一方的指摘，永遠會招來另一方的「回敬」，新一輪的對峙又展開。
半島電視台有伊拉克分析家就奧巴馬的呼籲作出反問，反問奧巴馬如何看待以色列的核武問題？他的意思是，「無核化」不能有雙重的標準。
核武對以色列來說，是一個不能宣於口的敏感話題，美國和以色列這麼多年以來都對此不置可否。
對以色列來說，核武是用來阻嚇充滿敵意的阿拉伯世界，但對中東其他國家而言，有美國撑腰的以色列加上核武，如虎添翼，如何了得？伊朗在核武立場上曖曖昧昧，也是要製造一種阻嚇效果。事實上在中東，就只有以色列和伊朗以核武相嚇，其餘的只能人人自危。
近年全球反核聲音日益高漲，香港是福地，好像甚麼國際議題都能置身事外，除金融海嘯外。離香港不遠的韓國和日本，甚至台灣，是亞洲反核運動的基地，我建議香港的老師和學生可主動與韓日台的教育團體聯絡，好好認識反核的意義。

台灣應該沒什麼反核意識
過去還想偷偷做核武結果失敗
然後現在大概也沒什麼本錢做了

台灣沒有反核意識？至少民進黨反核電，蘭嶼居民反核廢料。

Israeli People
“Persecuteds”becoming "Persecutors” ????!!!!!
I totally disagree with many Hong Kong Protestant Churches which do not condemn the atrocity of Israeli toward GAZA, especially Kowloon Baptist Church’s popular speakers, 梁燕城和吳宣倫, who proclaim that it is God’s Will to allow Israel to occupy GAZA with military action, but I am fully in agreement with the Hong Kong Roman Catholic diocese's positive stand against Isreali aggression and atrocity towards mankind. When you view the TV reporting on this war, you see hundreds of Israeli tanks, helicopter gunboats and fighter jets and bombers continually bombing and burning down buildings after buildings, even using white phosphorus which is a banned chemical weapon by international standard. The casaulties for Isreali are 15 and Palestinians 1600 plus numerous woundeds. I strongly condemn the Israel's action and their claim of self-defence. They occupied the land that was for last 2000 years belong to the local Palestinians. Their war in 1967 and 73 kept the land and build settlements on this illegally occupied land. There is only one Church on earth that does not welcome anyone from joining them---- the Jewish synagogue. They are the CHOSEN RACE and the rest of us are gentiles. Only the people of the chosen race go to heaven and the gentiles all go to hell. That is their belief and they are the most discriminating group of people. One can choose to believe in Christ whether a Catholic or Protestant, become a Buddhist or a Muslim at one's choice but not Judaism . You can only belong by being born a Jew , the chosen race. Talking about a religion of hatred and discrimination eh? All other religions preach about love and peace whether inner peace or peace of mankind.
Another point of observation, all the financial powerhouses in US are run by Jews, whether they are Citi bank, AIG, Lehman Brothers, Bear Sterns, GoldmanSacs ,JPMorgan Chase, Merrill Lynch,Morgan Stanley etc. Have you noticed the last name of Jewish people in the US are quite different from Isreal. In Isreal, there are Rabin, Shimon Peres, Nettanyahu,Omert, Meier ,Stein and Stern but in USA, they changed their last name to Goldman, Silverman, Goldberg, Goldstein, Silverstone or more directly to Gold, Silver or even most directly to Diamond. That speaks volume of what they really like or worship. But then there are Jews like Karl Marx and Engles , the founders of Communism as opposite to Milton Friedman, the father of modern capitalism free market theory from U of Chicago.
I don't understand those two so called theologian's,梁燕城和吳宣倫, view of Israel, Israel is the one behind Christ's crucification and deny Christ as the saviour, they regard Christ as a phoney and liar. The point I am trying to give is not hatred towards Jewish people but I totally disagree with the policy of Israel as an aggressor. As a race, I always admire the Jewish as intelligent and creative , they are way above most of us. We Chinese are hard working but not as creative and imaginative as they are. I have voiced enough of my observations and opinions on this subject. What do the rest of you think?

NG先生上文令人加深了对犹太人的了解。媒体称以色列对加沙的军事行动为战争，真是令人啼笑皆非。加沙的巴勒斯坦人基本上没有什么军事力量，顶多只有一些没有准头的火箭炮弹。而以色列却是施用了高科技的飞机、大炮、导弹、坦克加上国际法禁止的白磷弹，把门关起来杀杀杀，是一场不折不扣的大屠杀。而这场大屠杀能够堂而皇之地进行，实在是文明世界的耻辱！那两位牧师不去谴责，反而宣扬其是上帝的意志，如果是的话，这个上帝人们还能去爱和崇拜吗？
香港人对于20年前的六四念念不忘，怎么却对眼前发生的大屠杀视而不见呢？！难道就因为前者是中国，后者是白人政府？
